Cold Sore and Sensitive/Tender Skin moving around in Different areas of my Body?

About 10 days ago I started developing tender skin on my right thigh and left hamstring. It almost felt like a sunburn and hurt when clothing moved or being touched. There are no visible signs or rash on the skin at all.

It stopped hurting on my legs and transitioned to my forearm, stomach and back. Those areas are no longer sensitive. About 2 days ago is started hurting under both my armpits and now only down my left tricep. I also developed a pretty bad cold sore this week as well. I can tell the pain is not as sensitive in my arms now, in fact its almost gone.

I'm thinking herpes zoster or something along those lines but I can't figure out why its 'moving' around my body. Its not shingles.

Anyone experience this or know what it could be?

Male 27 years old and healthy. Workout several times a week and eat healthy.
