Cortical Dysplasia

My 7 week old baby has been diagnosed with cortical dysplasia - parietal occipital part of the brain.
She suffers from regular seizures in which her eyes roll from the left to right and tenses her arms at the same time.  She also produces excess saliva.

She has been prescribed the drug sabril (2ML) And vitamin B6 initially which she is no longer taking.
Even with the medication she continues to have her seizures.

Would anyone know of any alternative medication for this diagnosed condition or can recommend a neurologist who specialises in this field

My son was diagnosed with Cortical Dysplasia at 3 years old.  He was diagnosed with infantile spasms, lennox gastaut, to name a few.  After 8 doctors and can't even count how many medications this doctor in Augusta, Ga. diagnosed him within 30 min.  He is now seizure free.  He was having 75-100 drop seizures and a few other kind every day, and like I said now he is seizure free.  This doctor was excellent.  He is a pediatric eptimologist.  His name is Dr. Yong Parks with Childrens Medical College in Augusta, Ga.  The whole team was the best that I have seen.  Hope this helps.
