Daily headaches

It's been almost 2 months since I got an occipital block for the occipital neuralgia but I'm having constant, daily headaches. Last time I saw my neuro doc he said it could be related to stress and my anxiety so he prescribed Klonopin 1mg/day but even with that, the headaches persist.  It's only on the right side of my head - could this still be the occipital neuralgia or what the heck is going on? I'm getting tired of poppin' Tylenol.

I did eliminate food allergens, eat small meals every 3hr to prevent hypoglycemia, take Magnesium, B-2, Omega-3's and exercise when I can.

Have you ever had any surgery there?   I had an Acoustic Neuroma removed and now have scar tissue there where the titanium mesh is entrapping the occipital and C2 nerves.   This showed up on the head, neck and sub-occipital MRIs done last month.   I'm seeing a doctor about the problem on Tuesday to do either a nerve decompression or an ablation.
