Okay! Thanks for your help. I'll try all that stuff out!
Well, sometimes people will get to staring at something like that if they're not getting enough deep sleep. To counteract that, exercise regularly to where you break a sweat, helps release tension buildup in the body. Also, don't eat a lot of food after the dinner hour, it'll disrupt good sleep. Spend some time in the day doing something to distract your mind for a while, creative pursuits, puzzles, a good TV movie, listening to or playing music, whatever pasttime that taps into the right brain.
I'm not on any medications. And when I'm in a daze I'm like locked on to something for about 15-30 seconds and can't stop staring at it.
I hope you can describe in more detail what you mean by "daze." I have panic disorder, and it came from a lot of pent-up fear over a bad car wreck I was in. You might say the fear and pain from my injuries conspired to drive me a little nuts. I felt rather on-edge and nervous the whole time I was dealing with it. I was given tranquilizers and also went thru psychiatric counseling, and am much better, but I still take the drugs. If you're taking medicine like I do, THAT is probably how come you're in a daze. But do elaborate, so we can help you better.
