Diagnosed with Peripheral Neuropathy and don't know cause?

I've had alot of blood work, 2 emg's, 2 mri's, Ct scan, Urine tests, chest xrays, and was diagnosed with poly peripheral neuropathy, and my neuro still has no idea of a cause!!!
I do have Asthma. I have cronic pain in both arms and legs on both sides. I get leg and toe cramps almost every night, and sometimes during the day. My hands tingle and get sharp electric pains down my legs. I get a lot of headaches, and fill generally tired all the time. Something strange though, when I swallow my right shoulder pops, and it's sometimes hard to swallow. I've had spotty vision and been wearing glasses for years.
Any way, in the past 8 mounths, I've dropped stuff alot and get light headed alot, thieghs get numb at night too.

Forgot to add that muscle twitching happens in arms, legs, and chest.  I'm 36 and fill as if I'm thinking 60 would fill like. Should I go and get more test done. My current Neuro ( my 2nd one now ) has me on Lycira, but it dosen't seem to do any thing?

I've researched this before and sometimes it has no cause.  I would still look for a 2nd, 3rd, 4th opinion.
