londres70, what does "dosed out" mean? a year for improvement? yikes. hope not!
I too have been diagnosed with low vitamin D and take 10,000 units once a week for 6 months.IIRC it can take a year to see an improvement .
Yes, it can be dosed out so it is taken once a week.
werid that you only take the vitamin d once a week...i just took my first one last night...so maybe in a week ill exp. relief...keep u posted.
Yes, take the vitamin D, see what happens and go from there. Hopefully, that is the problem.
All the best.
thanks to both of you for the feedback. not sure what the level was as they are mailing me the test results but they are putting me on 50,000 units a week for 8 weeks then testing again. im cautiously hopeful that this will work as ive been dealing with these very uncomfortable/painful symptoms for 2 years now. here's to hope :-)
If all your other tests are clearing, it is HIGHLY probable the low vitamin D levels are causing the problems.
How low was your level?
The literature seems to support your explanation. It's possible. This does not mean that this is a slam-dunk conclusion.
Vitamin D3 is an extremely important vitamin.
