Are there tests that can definitively diagnose CIDP?
I keep going in cycles, and being dosed with predi-pace. I know that prednisone is not a good thing to be taking all of the time. I don't know what to do. Can anyone give me some help? I know there are other treatment options, but without some proof that I am in fact dealing with CIDP, other treatments are not available to me.
I found everything I need to know when I did some research on this site. I'm sorry I didn't look there first. Now all I need is neurologist who will work with me on a treatment plan. If I can hold out without the prednisone, am I better off? Is the treatmemt worse than the disease?
