Discomforting symptoms

For the past two months I have been experiencing odd symtoms on my left side. I feel like my left side of my head is burning, my left eye is tender to touch, left side of my neck hurts and stings, left arm and hands tingles. I also have a fever. My past few months have been stressful. Would the stress be causing this? Is there any way I could do something at home? I am tight on money but would like to care for my body.

The fever doesn't accomodate the symptoms. I had a fever when I posted this.

Hello Leskuy,
I'm sorry you're experiencing such discomfort. You mentioned you have a fever--has that been lingering for the entire 2 months you've experienced the symptoms?
