Dizziness, worse at night

I have had dizziness for 4 years now.  Recently it has gotten worse.  It gets really bad at night to where I can hardly walk without feeling like I am falling over.  It is really depressing me.  I can't even go to the bathroom.  I have tried antivert and it does not help, it makes me worse.  The doctors can't figure out what is wrong and I am at my wits end.  It feels like my neck is really tense and it hurts.  Also, I have problems with my eyes where they feel as they are jumping around and they get really glassy looking as if I am on drugs.  I am not on any medications.  I am even scared to take advil anymore because it made me dizzier once.  I have had a CAT scan of the head done 2 years ago and it was fine.  If you have any questions, feel free to respond and I will get back to you.  Thanks

I would love to know how you are now.  I've been suffering from chronic dizziness for going on 10 years now.  One ENT thinks it's secondary endolymphatic hydrous, but nothing has helped.  Cutting down on carbs and sugar helps a bit, but it still comes back at some point during the day.....usually at night.  I too have fullness feeling in my ears, and am currently getting allergy shots.  They have ruled out MS, but other scary things like Cadasil have been thrown out there but not tested for.  For you have time I'd be interested to know how you are now.  thx!!

Did you ever get an answer?  I've been dealing with chronic dizziness for going on 10 years, and have been suffering from migraines with aura for going on 6 months.  Doctors have ruled out inner ear, and think all dizziness is related to migraines.  Would love to know if you've gotten help.

I have had all the symptoms like yours and thought it was Vertigo...however, neurologists and my ENT have ruled vertigo and any innera ear pathology...Also been suffering for a year 1/2. I have not received any help from anyone also...should you get any answers, please forward them on to me.

I've been suffering from this for going on 10 years.  Doctors think my chronic dizziness is all headache and migraine related.  Still working on different meds trying to find one that might help.  :(

Well, I have a lot of neck pain too.  Can neck problems really cause dizziness?  What did they do for you?  I have a lot of eye problems and my ears are stuffy a lot too but the ENT didn't seem to think anything was wrong with my ears.
