Dizziness

i regularly have dizziness, usually from sudden motion (standing up quickly etc), sometimes it can be running up stairs, by the the time i get to the top i feel dizzy, a slight loss of balance and my arms and legs feel weak and so i feel the need to sit down, i also get out of breath (odd because i've used those stairs several times everyday for around 10 years now)

i'm worried because i don't know if i'm overeacting and that this is normal, please help

I agree. Look up POTS - and see how that fits. You may just have to adjust how you get up.
