confusion age 20

Hi, I am almost 21 years old. I have a history of type 2 hypertension but I am relatively healthy. I do get headaches quite frequently, and cases of vertigo (not being able to tell which way is up). Recently I have noticed that I bruise easily and I have had some confusion. I notice that it's like I wake up all of a sudden (even though I am not sleeping) and I see my husband, know that he is my husband but it's like I have never seen him before. Or I will walk downstairs, see my living room and have to remind myself that I live here, this is my house. Is this normal or something to be of concern? I have not had any injuries lately or any head injuries
