EMG/NCV results
If my EMG results are mild denervation in the distal muscles of the lower extremities p waves and fibrillation and the NCV resulted one nerve conduction with prolonged distal latencies without a change in conduction in the sural sensory nerves with mild amplitude decrease. s/s include foot drop, numbness in feet and hands and proximal weakness-history of diabetes but controlled-what are potential diagnosis and what you suggest occur next?
