Excess skin on back and face - petite girl

I had a crazy thing happen to my back recently, where the skin felt very elastic, and my back appeared swollen. I am a female, 27, and eat primarily a vegan diet. Very active. I used to be petite build - 5ft2 100lbs. I have attached a photo of what my back looks like.... at this time it felt swollen, and my whole body felt heavy. In addition to the back swelling, I have also had facial disfigurement, and there appears to be excess skin all around my eyes and cheeks. Sometimes I will also have flare ups where it feels like my entire body is swollen and my feet feel like bricks. Occasionally I get headeaches where it feels like someone is pulling my hair. Attached are a few photos. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated. I do not have health insurance, so I may not get to a doctor anytime soon.

Causes of back and facial fat could be adrenal adenoma, adrenal cortex neoplasm, adrenal gland hyperfunction, adrenocortical carcinoma, cushing’s syndrome and hyperadrenalism. myxedema or hypothyroidism also need to be ruled out. Consult an endocrinologist for assessment since these causes would involve various organs and affect other systems. A complete hormone assay would help direct towards the diagnosis and help in correct therapy. Take care.
