Feeling Faint, often shaky vision for periods

Hi there,
I have a question.
I am very often feeling faint recently. It isn't just when I stand up or move, a spell can come on while I'm at the computer. Since I can remember (and I'm finally now putting the two together) is that I have spells of the feeling like my brain is shaking in my head - and it sends my vision shaky for a short period. I feel dizzy a lot as well. I have head spins constantly, and do have to be careful not to stand up too fast. I've always wondered why I get the 'brain shake' but now I'm feeling faint a lot of the time, I'm wondering if perhaps it's more serious?
Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
Thanks

Thanks so much for your reply Angie... Yes, I've had my ears checked and they're all ok and my blood pressure is perfect. I've been googling, and have now self diagnosed myself to have 100 different things. Very dangerous!!
The shaky vision is something I can't find an answer to, no matter where I look.

But will keep looking for answers. Thanks again for your reply.

Hi
I too am having issues with dizziness.  Have you had your ears checked, as sometimes inner ear disorders can cause dizziness.  I would also suggest checking your blood pressure as sometimes if too low can cause faintness.
I hope you get some answers soon as its awful feeling like this all the time.

Good Luck

Angie
