Feels like my Brain is tremoring

I have an macroadenoma that I have had for the last 4 years. In the last few months while I am sleeping I wake up from this horriable feeling that my brain is tremoring and I find my teeth clamped down. Could this be a seizer I have not been to a doctor in awhile.

Hi kara,
I don't think you should take anti-seizure medication if you don’t have one.
Regarding the feeling of pressure behind your eyes, it is a part of disease process.
Do let me know what your doctor has to say.
Bye.

Thank you for responding I did go for the MRI and the width has grown. I have to go back to my Reg.
Dr. on the 11th he put me on sezer meds until then but if I am not having a seizer I do not want to take the meds. I do have headaches everyday and as far as vision I am having light sensativity and
I feel like pressure behind my eyes to the point I can see every line in my Iris.

Hi kara,
I think your symptoms suggest that you might be having pressure symptoms due to increase in size of macro adenoma.
If the macro adenoma grows large and presses on nearby parts of the brain, localized symptoms, such as headache or dizziness, can occur. A pituitary macro adenoma can also press on the optic nerve, causing problems with vision.
Seizure is also indicative of raised pressure in your brain.
You should consult a neurologist at earliest and get a scan done.
