Numbness/Tingling Left Side

About 1.5 months ago the left side of my face started experience a mild tingling/numbness feeling. I get varying sensations. Sometimes the face feels warm, sometimes the eye area feels cool as if a light breeze is blowing on it, but most of the time, it's a light tingling in the side of the mouth, ear, and nose. The check usually has a warm/heavy,numbness feeling. It is by no means numb, I can feel and move everything. There have been a handful of days where I could also feel it in my left forearm/hand. The feeling seems to be in the face most of the time, but can be on one part of the face and not others(moves around). I had about 7 episodes of vertigo in 1 night(about 2 weeks after this started)....all at night time while lying down. It definitely sounds like BBPV, because it was basically every time I rolled my head over or tilted it back, but it only happened the one night.

I went to the doc, had CT, MRI, and some blood work done. All of which came back normal. The doc said is sounds like an irritated trigeminal nerve and prescribed gabapentin.

About 5 days of taking this and I wake up in the middle of the night nauseous, whole body tingling, sweaty, and lightheaded. Lasted about 5 seconds and gone. It did this about 4 nights in a row, each time was a little less severe. Not sure if this was from the gabapentin, or if it is connected to the tingling.

Over the past couple of weeks, still taking the gabapentin, I can have days where the majority of the day I feel absolutely nothing, then all of the sudden the feeling can get pretty intense(tingling/warm/heaviness feeling).
As of the last couple of days it feels as if this has moved to the shin/foot area.

It's strange...I never felt this in my upper arm/shoulder, but instead forearm/hand, just the same as I don't feel it in the upper leg, just lower.

I FEEL ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN ANYWHERE ON MY BODY
I am a 35 years old male and somewhat fit with no health problem history.

Any ideas what is going on here?
