Get your ears checked. I had a similar problem and it was caused by inner ear infection.
It could be many things ear infection being one of them. I had similar problems for a year before diagnosis and it turned out that I had arthritis in in a disk in my neck. if I turn my head too far to the left it causes nerves to be touched and i have vertigo and a feeling of pressure, like someone put their hand on the back of my head. your problem may only be an ear infection or something else like that. i just wanted you to know what i found out after a year of going to doctors. I had no pain in my neck. Apparently, when you have arthritis in a disk in your neck, it can touch on nerves causes different symptoms, dependant on what nerves are touched. When it started and was real bad it feels like your walking in waves all day. very alarming. i sympathize with you.
