Thank you got the response, I did have Labyrithitis or however you spell it, could that be associated with it all, although i have been getting these dizzy spells longer than I had labyrithitis.

Dizziness and vertigo caused by a vestibular migraine may be provoked by common migraine triggers, such as certain foods, altered sleep, stress, or hormonal changes. A vestibular migraine may cause feelings of imbalance or unsteadiness, hearing loss, or ringing in your ears.For most people with migraine-related vertigo, the attacks of vertigo do not necessarily happen at the same time as the headache. To rule out other pathologies such as error of refraction in your eyes or ear infections, it would be best to see your doctor. Avoidance of migraine triggers may also help.
