Headache & dizziness

My symptoms are a feeling of pressure behind the eyes and sinus areas accompanied by a swimming/dizzy feeling in the head behind the forehead. The dizziness does get worse when I move around, it's feels like there is a lump of jelly rolling around. For a long time I have had tinnitus which I find bearable and it hasn't really become any worse lately.
Not long ago I had a brain MRI that was normal. I have been to a Neurologist and an  ENT Specialist who haven't come up with any effective treatment.

Thank you for your comments. I haven't had an ENG. Many years ago when the tinnitus started I also had severe dizziness with the room spinning around. The ENT Specialist thought it may be the beginning of Muniers Disease but he later ruled that out. I don't experience the room spinning type symptom now.
I have had sinus scans before when experiencing pressure in that area but they have never shown any problems although I didn't have the dizziness then.
The only physical ailment I have is nonspecific supraspinatus tendinopathy with impingement on the undersurface of the acromion in the left arm.
Cheers

Hello.

Did the ENT surgeon find out any problem with the inner ear? Did you do the ENG (electronystagmogram)?

It is also necessary to rule out the common causes such as sinusitis. A CT scan generally picks up any problems with the paranasal sinuses.

Do you have any other significant physical ailments?

Regards
