Abnormal EEG Results

Had a seizure  and got my EEG results from the ER, I see the Neurologist on 5th March but was wondering what the results mean. I cannot make heads or tails of it but it sure does not sound good. So your help is very much appreciated.

"Abnormal EEG because of mild cerebral slowing from both hemispheres with occasional medium to high voltage sharp waves suggestive of mild dysfunction, cortical irritation and epileptogenic tendency."

More detailed account of events leading to this:

I was working on a PC and the last I remember was having something to eat. This was around 1 pm. I then woke up in the ICU 3 days later and was told I had many seizures, was on a ventilator and was only breathing 40% on my own.

My cousin who owns the PC I was working on said I appeared to have no life in my eyes but I was able to talk, he then took me home and I was left alone for roughly 4 hours. He then came back to check on me and found me on the floor unconscious and called 911 so they took me to the hospital. Anyhow I do not remember any of this. The hospital has it down as Acute respiratory failure and Seizures.

Please let me know of anything else useful to answering my original question regarding the EEG readings.
