Undiagnosed Nuerological Problem need help

I'm a 30yo female with the following symptoms/test results, multiple doctors have said it's anxiety and/or depression but I don't have either of those problems!  I've been treated for Lyme disease because of one lab result coming back with a high lyme titer but had no improvement.  Hoping a Doctor or someone on this board can help me.

Symptoms:

Started with pinched nerve feeling in right neck shoulder area which would radiate down right arm.

After starting physical therapy started noticing weakness in rt arm when used

Had off and on rt sided facial paralysis

Then muscle weakness and joint pain started on right and left.  Its more prominent on rt side.

Stabbing pain on rt side of head

Left eye twitches

Muscle spasms and muscle twitching.  Both sides but more often on rt side.

Loss of sensation on right side towards heat and pain

Numbness in rt arm, leg and both feet

That's not long enough unless treatment started at the time of the rash/bite.
