Help!!! 2nd MRI are these normal images?

I am 32  and recently had further MRI, LP, EEG and various bloods in a private hospital to investigate two years of ongoing neuroligcal symptoms. The Back Story is : It all started out of no where in the morning of the first day of my holidays it started with foot cramps and with not being able to swallow it progressed to left sided weakness followed by shouting strange things and absence for 20 minutes. I was admitted to Public hospital an had every test under the sun (including MRI) over the following weeks and was told they couldnt find anything wrong and sent me packing to the psychiatrist with 'conversion disorder'. I met with the psych twice and she could not believe I was refered to her. She felt I maybe had a virus and refered me to a doc in another hospital to supervise my post viral fatigue. In the two years since then I have ongoing pulsatile tinnitus in right ear, really bad short term memory, find it hard to find words, stuttering when tired or have had a drink, bouts of dizziness and muscle jerking. On top of these daily symptoms I have had 4 or 5 further isolated 'attacks'  of complete left sided spasming/contracting including arching of the back and contracting relaxing of the shoulder - I am not unconscious for any of this. I find the twitching and symptoms get worse when I am tired, hungry, the day after alcohol consumption or before my period. The doctor that saw me after my most recent 'attack' in May detected definite Clonus in my left ankle. I was given the option of going back to the public hospital neuro or go private. I decided on the private neuro and took my old MRI from two years ago where he could not believe I was given a normal result as he immediately saw T2 hyperintense image near my brain stem. He immediately ordered the tests I have had and the T2 image seen intially two years ago is still present. Apart from this I have also noticed some images in the second MRI that were not present in my first. I am not due to see my neuro until the 20th of Sept. Can anyone tell me if these are normal or abnormal images? I am going mad waiting!!!!!!!
