Help please don't ignore

I'm a 25 yr old female lately I've been feeling shaky and at times when I'm holding something a certain way my thumb will start shaking or moving by itself and the other day my smile was twitching I've had problems with anxiety and still deal with it at times I had a pretty all clear blood test I'm worried what this could be as I'm a mum with two boys am I developing some horrid disease advise please

I would not worry about your thumb's twitching every now and then. When you are holding something a certain way your nerves in your thumb might not be able to "fire" properly. The twitching around your mouth would be more of a concern for me. It still all could be related to anxiety. There is no way to say for sure unless you go talk with a neurologist. Don't worry yourself and just talk to a doc and see what he/she has to say.

Thanks for the reply I was actually was under stress when my mouth was twitching posing for photos lots of family around busy day I don't think it's happened since I have no pain or anything I just smiled now it happened a bit but I'm not sure if it's anxiety related waiting for it happen if you know what I mean
