Horrible Bell's Palsy and BLINDNESS, please help!!!

I developed Bell's Palsy after being attacked and punched in the head and had pain in my ear area and back of the head with paralysis of my eye, face and mouth.  I have some blindness in my eye which was going very blurry and grey.  I tried 5 days of prednisone and now acyclovir and it didn't help at all- still paralyzed

does this mean I have nerve damage permanently and brain damage?  I've been having problems speaking and memory problems, headaches, nausea which could be a concussion.  the CT scan of my face showed no fractures

You did not say when this happened, but if it is just weeks or months, I think you may still have swelling that needs to go down.
