How to manage symptoms before a dx/treament plan established.

I just started seeing doctors and getting tests done to get diagnosed and start with an appropriate treatment plan. In the meantime, I really need to find a way to manage the symptoms myself, because I'm really just having a hard time.

Looking for suggestions and/or in your experience, what has helped you.

Constantly dropping things/clicking wrong buttons on my mouse-keyboard at work/etc.. because of muscle spasms in my right hand fingers, and arm.
Having trouble with hand tremors when I'm in the process of trying to do something - like bringing my hand to paper when I'm going to write something, or when reaching for a cup to drink... things like that. How do I minimize the effects of this?

My knee shaking and going out when I take a step because it just feels weak. (This isn't severe or all the time, but enough to be a huge annoyance).  What kind of exercises can I do to work on this?  I'm active, and I don't see how my leg could feel weak, but maybe there's an exercise for it?

Mixing up letters/words/numbers when I type/write/talk.  Losing words when I talk.  Having trouble reading because the letters/numbers seem to blur together.  I work in an office, so I really need to find a way to manage this so I don't make mistakes.  Currently I have to take way more time than I should because I'm constantly having to double check things/make corrections.  Memory issues.  I leave myself post-its everywhere for the memory thing, but what can I do for the other cognitive stuff?  Anything?

How can I get better sleep/rest when muscle spasms make it hard to sleep?  Frequent nighttime trips to the bathroom make it hard to sleep, and shooting pains make it hard to sleep?

I have a lot more going on with me, but these are the things that I think that maybe I can get relief by doing things differently myself?  The other stuff I don't really see that there IS a way to manage - change.

So again I ask, what has helped you with these kinds of things?
