My sister age 54 became unresponsive overnight, no previous condition or symptoms.

She has no tremors or rigid muscles but does not recognize family members and keeps repeating a sentence that does have anything to do with what is going on but makes sense in itself  (not random jabber) she will eat if feed but does not feed self seems unable to walk and she is currently wearing diapers because she does not get up to use restroom but becomes agitated if not changed immediately I believe if taken to bathroom she will use it but is not communicative so we don't know what is wrong. She had no previous symptoms but had taken new medication for depression about a week before. She has been in the hospital for a week with no change. They did an MRI and found black spots on her brain but as of yet the neurologist does not have any answers.
