I feel dizziness and eye pressure when standing up.

These days i'm searching the internet to find what disease makes my symptoms.  when I try to stand up abruptly like getting out of a car I feel dizziness. It feels like someone is pushing my eyes and my vision turns black. I had these symptoms from a young age and my doctor said I'm very poor at controlling the autonomic nerve. According to the Internet  dizziness by autonomic imbalance is caused by low blood pressure when somebody suddenly stands up. however my symptom doesn't completely match with the diagnosis because eye pain is more likely to be caused by high blood pressure than low pressure... I'm afraid that it is the symptom of brain problem. if someone knows the answer or has been treated for similar symptom, please help me!
