I feel paranoid and everything moving quickly.

Last night I had this episode which I've never experienced before, I was trying to sleep when I suddenly felt paranoid like I wasn't the only one in my room, I was on a skype call with my girlfriend and i couldn't make out what she was saying. Everything was moving quickly and I kept seeing things like figures in my room and things move in the corner of my eye. I felt so paranoid like someone was gonna jump from the shadows and kill me, i started getting a headache and I was hallucinating and all the noises that blended in the background were very loud to me. So I slept under the blanket and i asked my girlfriend to talk me to talk me to sleep. I woke up this morning and I'm still nervous and things are still moving at an unnatural speed like the music i listen to, to get ready for school. Please give me recommendations; whether I should see a doctor
