I need to know what exactly wrong .....

This started in Jan 2013 , My left inner ear been making roaring / hissing sounds ( I have Mener'er Disease ) left side of mouth been drooling and it droops , in the left side of face I feel tingling and my left side of arm in pain from elbow to hand . I had an MRI and Xray to head and arm and results came out Normal .  
This is the first time , I ever had this happen to me . It's been 2 months and I still havn't find the
answer .  Your answer will be appreciated ...Thank You Justme

      I have an appointment in May 23 , 2013  that 2 months from now. I thought by now I would know the answer to my health issues .
  It's taking months just to get the answer .

Hi there!

Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include bell’s palsy, infections, inflammations, injuries, postural issues, neuro-muscular/ vascular issues etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by an internist initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
