Is ED from nerve damage possible?

I am experiencing decreased libido and decreased erection strength. I am 21 and this first showed up at 20, I was with someone who was physically forceful with my penis, for instance squeezing very hard and repeatedly. Is it possible that this has damaged some nerves?

I also have experienced ejaculate come out while urinating/defecating, it is not an orgasm and I am fully flacid, it seems like whatever muscle that normally holds the semen back is no longer working.

I have no family history and I am not taking any drugs.

anxiety and pressure are not the issue I am positive. I was under the impression that an infection like prostatits would have other more obvious symptoms that would have forced me to take action by now, it has been about 1.5 years since.

Hi,

It is difficult to say without examination if you have sustained some nerve injury or not. These symptoms could be due to anxiety and also if you are under increased pressure to perform.
Ejaculate in urine is usually seen in inflammatory conditions of prostate known as prostatitis.A urological exam is definitely warranted, please get it done at your earliest.
