I've been having spells of dizziness, nausea, stomach pains. What is going on?

It has happened at least 3 times over the last three months. The first time was the worst- I was walking my dog then a sudden agonizing pain hit my stomach. I ran home and went to the bathroom immediately. The stomach pains continued, followed by nausea. Possibly due to the pains, i was breathing rapidly, which may have started the dizziness. At this point i also noticed that i couldnt move my hands or fingers properly. there was little movement, but it was difficult. It did not hurt, but tingled.
I tried walking outside, but blacked out and collapsed onto my mum, who brought me into the shower and showered me in freezing water, which helped. This lasted around twenty minutes, maximum.
It has also happened another few times, but without the blacking out.
Would anyone know what is going on?
