L4-5 and L5-S1

I had a mylogram done and it came back saying Anterior extradural defect at L4-5 and S5-1.  I also Have a bulge in the middle of my back and cant remember what level it is at.  If you need the information for that one I can look in my records and tell you.  I have a really hard time laying, sitting, walking,  Burning stinging pain down both my legs. my lemuscles cramp and sting on the top of my legs and in my calves.  I also get numbness on the side of my calf going towards my ankle.  My feet somtimes get really tight and twist out of position by themselves which is very painful.  I have stinging buring pain in both butt cheacks going all the way down to toes.  I get migranes (migraines) with the same nerve pain not a headache.  Could this be causeing my problems?  If not then what is?  I had an head injury back in 1994 that braught all this on. C6-7 was fused in my neck and My Gangleion Nerve was damaged and a peace was removed and L4-5 has a rod with screws only on the left side.  Please help.  I could go on but it would take alot of writing.  If you want more info I will give you more.  Thank You for not making me a number.

The pain in your buttocks, legs, and feet almost certainly come from the abnormality in  your lumbar spine.  Have a neurologist do a scan of that area, to see how the repair is holding up and also if there's been any changes in that location.  He can prescribe good medicines to take the edge off the pain, and he might want to get you into physical therapy, or perhaps after looking at the scan he might want to even offer surgery, if that would help.  I don't know about your migraines, whether they're caused by the original brain injury or the C-6 and 7 fusion, but the same neurologist can address those issues from a scan, and also there are migraine medicines that will help with that, physical therapy, and so on.  Your regular doctor can refer you to a neurologist or if you don't have one, you can go to the county health clinic and a physician there can make the referral, or you can go back to any neurologist you saw back when you had your injury.
