Head/brain problem that NONE of the doctors can seem to diagnose.

Hi guys.  I'm literally on the brink of going crazy here.  I've been dealing with these problems for almost 2 years now.  It basically feels as if there's a big bubble in the back/right-backside of my head.  Every now and then it feels like little electric jolts are coming in, too.  It's very weird.  I had originally thought it was just withdrawal from my medication (Adderall) but again it's been 2 years, and well I've mentioned my thoughts to the doctors and they said that yeah it definitely was not still withdrawal.  It sure feels like it, though.  I got an MRI and it came back normal...so I literally have no idea what else it could be.  My doctor said, "Oh it's just anxiety."  Yeah it definitely isn't.  It pissed me off that he said that honestly.  MRIs dont detect brain chemicals, so that's the only conclusion I can come to here.  There were a couple of episodes when the sensations got really really bad.  I would be laying in bed and then all of a sudden the sensations would be all throughout my head.  I honestly thought I was dying...it basically felt as if there was a bunch of water locked up in a bubble and finally the bubble popped and let out all the water that was inside of it...or kind of like a stream of water that's been locked up by a bridge and finally the bridge was let down...if that makes any sense.  It wasn't necessarily painful.  Just a lot of pressure and uncomfortableness.  That's the best way I can put it really.  It only got that bad a couple of times, though.  I know you all probably think I sound crazy right now but this is seriously the best way I can put what I've been going through.  I hate this.  I feel as if I'm never gonna find any answers and am gonna be stuck with this forever.  I've asked up to like 6 doctors what they think and none of them can give me a straight answer.  :(
