Recently I noticed that my arm is becoming shaky. It does increase in certain positions. Shaking decreases when it's full straightened out.
When I take a glass of juice, while lifting it towards my mouth, there is a certain angle where it shakes more.
I also feel like I have less strength in it. Like after you carried something in it for a while, but I didn't.
I was thinking that my line of work (Designer) is the cause of it. Position that it is in for 8+ hours a day because of the computer usage. Am I right?
