Left side body weakness

Hi to all.........
5 years back i got Panic disorder with agoraphobia attack while i drunk salty curd rice.it blocks my breathing. After that incident i cant able to sleep and take food for 2 days, i totally got Fears and phobias & anxiety for 2 days. 3rd day early morning i had heavy exercise for 1 hour by nervousness. After finish my heavy exercise i took a toothpaste and press in left hand, suddenly my left side hand got weakness. After finish my brush i went to bath room to bath. And i got erection while i touch my pennis by put a soap on it. And suddenly my left side leg got weakness. After that i totally got left side body weakness till now. I took all type of medicines,but nothing be cure. so plz anybody tell the diagnosis for my left side body weakness problem.

Hi,
The symptoms of muscle weakness and numbness are symptoms of panic attacks. It could also mean that you suffered a mild stroke which could have caused the muscle weakness. Please go for an MRI of the brain, EMG and nerve conduction studies and consult a neurologist for the examination, investigations and diagnosis. Hope this helps you. Take care and regards!

Thankz for your comments Doctor. But I already took MRI,EEG & CT Scan also. But doctor tolds that no problem in your body (just weakness).i am taking VENLA XR 37.5 Mg Tablets.Now i am OK. But sometimes i feel more weakness in my left side of body. plz give any food charts ( Eating & Non eating foods )  to imporve the brain and body strength.
