Left side of face partially numb

About 9 days ago the left side of my face started to get a partial numbness/tingling feeling to it. The very first I felt of it was on the lips and it spread to the cheek, ears, nose, neck and back of the head. All on the left side. There are times that I feel like it is gone, but it comes back and it's not in all the spots at once. Right now it seems to be more in the ear area.
I FEEL ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN ANYWHERE ON MY BODY
I am 35 years old and somewhat fit with no health problem history.

A couple weeks prior to the numbness I started doing some higher intense cardio, but nothing too crazy. At the moment when the numbness came on I was not doing anything.

Other than the partial numbness I feel completely fine. I have continued to do the cardio and weight lifting without any issues.

Any ideas what is going on here?
