Intense Pain Right Side of Head with Nausea

Hi,
Not sure if I'm asking on the right forum but I have really bad pain on the lower right side of my head. The pain gets so bad that I can't do anything I just want to sleep but I can't because of the pain. Its so intense that I get nausea and throw up. I feel dizzy, stiff neck and weak. It only calms down once I take 2 x 400mg ibuprofen and that helps for a short while. The pain normally last for days and comes randomly during the month, every month.

I have tried looking it up but can't seem to get any answers. I know its not sinus or tension headaches(I do get tension headaches sometimes so I know the difference) the pain is much worse than any of those headaches. I don't know how to describe it other than the pain feels like it is inside my brain

Please help!
Thanks
