I have chronic pain because of inoperable cervical spondylosis and, polyneurapathy, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis and osteopenia. I am terribly devoted to physical rehab, diet and exercise. Still, my pain persists. This continues even with big guy opiates. My neurosurgeon suggested i learn to live with the pain. I am finding this difficult to accept, isn't there something else I can do? Yes, I like acupuncture fine but am scared of chiropractic.
You should also see a cardiologist. A pulse of 45 might be due to vagus nerve stimulation, "sick sinus syndrome" (which has to do with the sinoatrial node of the heart,) etc. With a pulse and pressure that low, it could be very difficult to supply blood to your brain. Many people unable to keep their heart rate above 50 are considered candidates for demand pacemakers.
