MRI - Tarlov cyst

A year ago after riding my bike, which I haven't done in years, I started to feeling a burning sensation in my buttocks.  After going to Dr. Many pills, creams, etc, I had MRI.  The MRI showed small nerve root sheath cyst presnt in the sacral spinal canal posterior to the S2 segment, on the right.  Is this a Tarlov Cyst ?

they should have told you and they should have let you see scan this would have shown about this cystaup the cysts i had three tarlov cysts on bottom of spine sacral , on nerve.find out more about cysts some do no halm .they took one t cysts away and made me incontinent surgeon said it was damage done during  opp.left other two would have lost use of legs,im in worse pain than before good luck  wilmar 2
