MRI RESULTS, WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

i have neck pain for almost four to five months, recently i had to go through MRI scan.Findings are as follows. could someone please explain these medical terms.Many thanks in advance.

>Straightening of cervical lordotic curve is seen.
>central posterior bulge of the CV3-4 intervertebral disc is seen causing complete effacement of CSF column and indentation of the spinal cord.Posterior ridging is also seen along the body of CV3.
>Diffuse posterior bulge of CV4-5 intervertebral is seen causing effacement of CSF column.
>Mild Difuse posterior bulge of CV5-6 intervertebral disc is seen causing partial effacement of CSF column.
>cervical spinal cord appears normal,no evidence of any area of abnormal signal intensity inside the spinal cord.
>No evidence of any intra-dural cord mass.
>Lateral recesses appear normal.
>Ligamenta flava and extra-dural fat appear normal in thickness.
>No definate para-vertebal mass seen.
>Pre-vertebral soft tissues apear normal.
>No definate pre-vertebral enlarged lymph nodes are seen.
