Hi I posted before and saw some errors. Here goes I have short term memory loss, burning sensation on right side of head, muscle and joint pain. MRI report as follows: There are some prominent perivascular spaces present 11mm perivascular space in the region of the right basal ganglia. This follows CSF density on all sequences, including flair imaging and actually contain a small vessel within it. There are two small foci of increased T2 weighted signal within the right anterior centrum semi ovale.
States does not have apperance of demyleinating diesease. Could potentially represent nonspecific ishemic chnges, but not usual to see in this age group. Potentiating factor such as migranes, hypertension, diabetes or vasculitis could augment this.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN????????
I do not have any of the above possibly vascultis? PLEASE let me know all suggestion, thoughts are so much appreciated. I am a wreck and I can't see a neruologist until the end of February. THANKS SOOO MUCH
