Hi!
This means that you have changes in the brain which are seen in multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's or Wilson's Disease, migraine headaches, diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Since lesions showed no enhancement, diffusion abnormality or susceptibility effect, they are unlikely to be tumors, cancer metastasis, aneurysms and other venous deformities.
You do appear to have a small abnormality in the vein of one of the lobes, but it is present since birth and is not likely to be the cause of any problem you are being investigated for.
You appear to be having inflammation of mastoid sinus (under your cheeks)—probably due to sinusitis.
Please discuss with your doctor. Take care!

Thank you. The MS is what I am afraid of as I have had so much trouble with my limbs (falling without notice and pain/burning) They did diagnose me with Fibro a year ago but had no reason for the falls. I had an EEG and EMG which I am waiting for results of this week. The were looking or TIA or seizure activity. (My Mom died of stroke and also had Porphyria as well). Unfortunately cursed with bad genes. Porphyria and Hemochromatosis along with Lupus and Fibro.
