Migraines or something else?

I have a friend who seems to be having seizures, but he won't go and see a doctor.  I was wondering if you could tell me what may be going on if I list the symptoms that he has.  First of all, his eyes seem to change, as in it looks like you are talking to someone else, not him.  His hands also shake a lot, he becomes unaware of his surroundings, forgets who people are, doesn't remember basic things like what someone is doing, seems to regress to being a kid, as in he has no inhibitions and will say what ever comes to mind.  After, he usually has a bad headache, he is confused, and doesn't really remember what happened, although he is aware that he had a 'migraine' as he likes to call these episodes.  Are these really migraines or something more?

What are the chances of it being migraines? or seizures? What if these go untreated, what could the negative effect be?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there. The ocular symptoms are primarily due to aura of a possible ocular migraine. The lack of inhibition behavior could be pointing towards involvement of the frontal lobe of the brain. Migraine are unilateral, associated with an aura of strange behaviour.
There Is a loss of memory post the apparent incident. Your friend needs to meet a neuorologist and get examined for MRI brain. he needs to undergo EEG, and rule out any seizure abnormality.  A trial of migraine medication to prevent and to treat the attacks is recommended to confirm these are migraines. Take care.
