Migranes/Headaches..Brutal neck pain..parts of body giving out?

Fer almost a year, I've had a record of terrible migranes (migraines). I can't leave my room when I have one. Last year, they went on fer a night. Now, they last up to 5 days.
Whether i have them or not, I get this really bad neck pain. Feels like someone 10 times my size is sitting on my shoulders. The back of my neck hurts terribly. :(
My right leg gives out when I have a migrane (migraine), or at random times. Fer a few days, it felt like my knee was locked. I couldn't bend it at all. And if my right leg doesnt give out, my right arm will give out.
I have double vision, and I'm farsighted. I have no bumps on my head..
but one time (thiswasfreaky), it felt like something was poking  me. On the inside of my head. 0_o
It hurt sharply fer a split second.

When I have a migrane (migraine), it feels like my temples are being clamped down. I can't look in different directions with my eyes, or face light. My eyes go beady and red during these migranes (migraines). Advil/Tylenol doesn't work. They just make me sleepy.

I'd reallly appreciate it if someone can help.
My appointment with a neurologist is in JANUARY 2011. O_O And my next appointment fer a blood test is on the 23rd of this month.
Dont reccomend going to the doctor, I went a few days ago and got the appointment with the neurologist.
Does anyone know whats wrong with me? :(
