Muscle cramps, twitches, numbness in foot, extreme fatigue with physical activity.

I appreciate any insight into my situation. I've been having sypmtoms that have evolved over the past month. It all started with my legs feeling weak wobbly and heavy. In the next few days my legs lost some of the weakness feeling but I developed quick twitch muscle spasms in my calves and thighs. I tried to ignore these symptoms until my legs began to cramp during simple activities like playing ping pong. In the past week or so the cramping has been minimal and the twitches come and go. I have noticed that my right foot will be somewhat numb at times. Extremely fatigue has been a new problem. I am used to working out around 5 days a week but have stopped since my symptoms began. I now get extremely fatigued exerting just a small amount of energy. I've had blood work done and everything came back normal except for a slightly elevated ck level of 232 (doctor had the normal range ending at 223). I went in for an EMG but the results are pending. My sypmtoms seem to change and appear all the time but I haven't felt normal in almost a month. I don't know how or if this is related but when I was working out at times I would get a weird heavyness feeling in the lower back side of my head. If anyone could provide any input into my situation it would be greatly appreciated.
