Speak with your doctor or your consultant with regard to different medications that are available. If you experience pins and needles in the arms and hands, you may be offered specific anti-depressants that help ease the discomfort.
Ask your doctor or consultant about different options to with regard to getting some relief.
A heat pack wrapped in a towel may help.
Also think about the type of pillow that you use. A physiotherapist will be able to give you advise with regard to that and support for your neck.
Best wishes.
