Why has my right foot been cold for years?

Hi! I'm not sure if this is the right category but ill give it a try. When I was 11 (i'm 17 currently) I broke some bones in my foot. I had a cast on for a while and all that but ever since then, my right foot has been cold.
I'm not sure if its related to the injury but I have no idea why only one foot would be affected like this.
The foot is literally cold to the touch and feels cold and uncomfortable. (its mostly up by my toes)
It feels like my foot is constantly in a pair of sandals in cold weather. Which you can imagine is painful and uncomfortable. The only ways it feels better is if I put my foot under my leg or something in order to warm it up with my body heat, or during and after a hot shower. But after that bit of warmth, it wears off.
Im not sure what type of doctor to go to or if theres any way to make this better but if anyone could give me some sort of help I would appreciate it a lot! Thank you!
