Myelogram 24 Years Old

Hi All,

I had a quick question with regards to Myelograms. I had one this past Friday morning along with collecting spinal fluid and am experiencing some symptoms/side effects I did not have previously to this. I developed a spinal headache three days after but I have lower back pain still and my upper back seems very tight and pressured. Is this normal? I have only read on headaches as a side effect and not pain  or symptoms in other areas! Thank you in advance. Being only 24, I am nervous and a bit anxious from all of this. I read horror stories from other forums about Arachnoiditis and permanent damage from them. I also know that was when oil based dye was used long ago however. If anyone could please provide insight that would be great.
