Neck Pain with Sizzle Sound, Dizziness & Headach

Ill start by saying that im 23, 6ft and 200lbs.  For years now i get a headach if i wore a heavy coat or something put pressure on the back of my neck, didnt think much of it until early this year when it got worse.  Now if i look and turn my head to the left or right, and hold there for more than a few seconds, i get some neck pain, (not sharp but dull) and i start to get a headach.

I can also hear (mostly at night, its quiet) a wierd sizzle/fizzing sounds coming from the base of my neck, sounds like squirting fluid, last for a few seconds, i can hear and feel it.  I also saw many people on here have the same experience, so i know im not crazy, not sure if its related, but thought i would share just incase.  I also have gotten dizzy and light headed when i get the neck pain, and i get dizzy more easily than previous years, i get sick on airplanes now, and if i walk in a circle.  Also get it if i have more than one pillow while im laying down, the extra pressure of the pillows on my neck will cause it to start as well.

I just had a CAT and MIR scan done this month, the Neurologist said they all came back clean.  He has no idea what is going on.  Im going in for a TCD Monday to check blood flow.  Also going to see a hearing and balance doc i think soon.  Not sure what is going on, but i need to get it fixed!!

Hi all, this is so amazing, to read about others symptom s being exactly like yours. I can tell you that I also had headaches on one side of my head behind the eye and sensitivity to light.  I had an MRI and they found a small aneurysm 3mm. This is the size they decide to leave alone. But I had a Carotid Angiogram two days ago to see exactly if it poses a risk and am awaiting the results. I guess I want to urge you to get advice if you experience any of the 'brain bleed' signs alongside the squirting sound. They have stated they believe I had a bleed two years ago. I experienced the awful thunderclap headache. I guess I am so happy to be alive. As an alternative to the drugs they prescribed, I take 500mg ginger, high potency magnesium and Hawthorne. Takes away the symptoms without causing nasty side affects.
