I forgot to add that in addition to tilting when a person is interested in what others say, that a person's head will tilt when they themselves ask a question.  I might also add that when a person asks a question, they are subconsciously signaling a lowering of their confidence levels in order to allow someone else to take over and give an answer... and this is why your head tilting COULD be a psychological confidence thing in general if you are NOT asking questions.  So, visit a regular doc and he'll take over the problem for you.

I don't know how severe this tilt is, but if I assume it's slight, this is what people subconsciously and normally do when they are interested in what someone is saying.  But if your head tilt is inappropriate, and it happens the instant you open your mouth and begin to express yourself, then you need to tell your doctor.  See, only he can determine what the cause is.  It could be one of two things:  Either a neurological problem in your brain, like if you talk it crosses wires with the movement of tilting your head, which medicines can likely help or perhaps a scan might reveal an abnormality for which you'll need more comprehensive treatment, or a psychological problem where for whatever reason you are perhaps not confident in communicating to people and so you have this nervous tic going on, and medicines and a couple months of therapy should help.
